We are recruiting for a Technical Presales Consultant - CyberArk for our client, a leading Global Cyber Security Distributor Company.
Job Location: Singapore.
Position Description
The Presales Consultant – CyberArk is responsible for:
- Working closely with the sales and technical teams to support business development and customer engagements.
- Designing and recommending CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions that align with customer security requirements.
- Conducting product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), technical workshops, and solution presentations.
- Preparing technical proposals, solution architectures, and response documents (RFP/RFI/RFQ).
- Providing technical consultancy throughout the pre-sales cycle and supporting solution implementation handovers.
- Advising customers on PAM best practices, privileged identity governance, and Zero Trust security principles.
- Keeping up to date with CyberArk technologies, product enhancements, and industry trends.
- Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a Presales, Solution Consultant, or Technical Consultant role.
- Hands-on experience designing and presenting CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Experience conducting customer presentations, technical workshops, solution demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Good understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Zero Trust Architecture, Active Directory, LDAP, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and authentication technologies.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, virtualization, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, enterprise security architecture, and identity security best practices.
- CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE), CyberArk Certified Defender (CCD), or equivalent CyberArk certification is required.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales, engineering, and customer teams.
