Security Engineering Lead (Manager/ Central/ Attractive Bonus/ Near MRT)

Responsibility:
- Lead the architecture, implementation, and governance of security solutions.
- Manage security platforms, including configuration, lifecycle, performance, incidents, vulnerabilities, and compliance.
- Ensure security controls, SLAs, KPIs, KRIs, and risk remediation are effectively managed.
- Drive security engineering improvements through automation, AI, and technology optimization.
- Provide security oversight for technology architectures and solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Security Engineering team.
- Manage security vendors, budgets, and service delivery.
- Provide leadership support during major security incidents.
- Develop security engineering strategies, standards, procedures, and roadmaps.
Requirement:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, network security, or related areas.
- Strong hands-on experience with PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, WAF, and Vulnerability Management.
- Experience with ISMS/ISO 27001, SOC 2, security frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, preferably in a banking or highly regulated environment.
- Experience in security operations, incident response, risk remediation, vendor management, and service improvement.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are preferred.
