Summary

Manages security and data projects for a global hotel chain, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to track deliverables, risks, and dependencies while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support program execution by driving prioritization, tracking deliverables, and maintaining momentum across dependency-heavy workstreams

  • Maintain end-to-end visibility across projects, including structured status tracking, summary reporting, and alignment with senior leadership and stakeholders

  • Coordinate cross-functional execution through recurring and ad hoc technical meetings, ensuring blockers are resolved and decisions are driven in a timely manner

  • Manage vendor and partner cadences and track onboarding, integration progress, and issue resolution

  • Track and manage user and technical issues ensuring follow-up, resolution, and adoption stability

  • Coordinate core technical dependencies and readiness activities

  • Capture and track key execution artifacts across workstreams, including meeting notes, decisions, risks, and action items; ensure follow-through and accountability across teams

  • Support documentation development and workflow coordination for specific initiatives

  • Reinforce prioritization and alignment across internal and external teams by driving consistent follow-up and ensuring requests remain visible and actioned upon

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholder.

  • Strong organizational and execution discipline

  • Experience tracking risks, issues, and dependencies

  • Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans and manage against milestones and deliverables

  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders

  • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting (e.g., MS Office, project tracking tools)

  • Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes without direct authority

Work Arrangement:

  • Graveyard Shift following AMER region time zone.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project or program management experience in technology or information security environments

  • Experience working in enterprise security or technology organizations

  • Exposure to vendor-managed implementations or cloud security platforms
