Summary

Ensure guest and staff safety at a luxury hotel by monitoring entrances, patrols, CCTV, and emergency response while maintaining compliance with safety protocols.

What you’ll do…

  • Support the Security Manager in ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, visitors and hotel assets.
  • Monitor all entrances, exits and public areas, conducting regular patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, guest concerns and security-related situations in a professional manner.
  • Monitor CCTV systems, fire alarm panels and other security equipment, reporting any irregularities immediately.
  • Ensure compliance with fire, life safety, emergency evacuation and health & safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, lost and found items and daily security activities.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, contractors and local authorities whenever required.
  • Assist in investigations, risk assessments and the implementation of security procedures to minimise operational risks.
  • Promote a guest-focused approach by delivering professional, courteous and discreet security services at all times.

  • Knowledge of fire and life safety systems, emergency response procedures and security operations.
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control systems and incident reporting.
  • Strong communication, observation and conflict resolution skills.
