Security Foreman

Travel required to Los Angeles County and surrounding area

We are seeking an experienced Security Foreman to lead commercial low voltage installation projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for supervising field technicians, coordinating daily job site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards, and serving as the primary field contact for project managers, customers, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and other low voltage systems, can read and interpret construction drawings, troubleshoot and program systems, and effectively lead and mentor a team. Success in this role requires excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills, along with the ability to manage project documentation, maintain safety compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• 5+ years of commercial low voltage/security installation and service experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading or supervising technicians.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or electrical engineering education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, intrusion, and low voltage systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Experience troubleshooting security systems, networks, and connected devices.
• Manufacturer certifications and experience with commercial security platforms preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid California driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physical work in commercial construction environments.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as project needs require.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
