Security Guard
As a Security Guard at Dorado Beach Resort & Club, you will help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our Members, Guests, and team members. You will be responsible for supporting daily security operations while providing professional and courteous service throughout the property.
In this role, you will monitor access points and gates, assist with traffic flow and transportation needs, respond to requests for assistance, and remain alert to activity throughout the property. The ideal candidate is dependable, service-oriented, attentive to detail, and comfortable interacting with Members, Guests, and team members in a professional manner.
Job Requirements:
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Valid Puerto Rico Driver’s License.
- Associate Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
Rate: $12.00 per hour
