SECURITY GUARD

Job Summary**

PT Santosa Agrindo Lestari is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and company assets.

Job Responsibilities**

* Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, both on foot and via vehicle, to deter and detect unauthorized activities, breaches of security, or safety hazards.
* Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control points to identify and respond to security incidents promptly.
* Control access to company premises, verifying identification and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, and contractors.
* Respond to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security threats, following established protocols and assisting emergency services as needed.
* Investigate and document security incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences, preparing detailed reports for management.
* Enforce company policies and procedures related to security, safety, and conduct.
* Provide assistance and information to employees and visitors while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
* Conduct routine checks of facilities and equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions or damage.
* Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Possession of a valid security guard license/certification as required by Indonesian law.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a security role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
* Strong observational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
* Basic knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and first aid.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
* Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
