Security Guard

· Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor surveillance cameras to identify any suspicious behavior or incidents.
  
• Conduct regular patrols of the restaurant and bar area to deter criminal activity
  
• Manage entry points to ensure only authorized personnel are allowed access.
  
• Check identification for guests entering restricted areas.
  
• Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, or incidents requiring security intervention.
  
• Provide first aid or assistance in case of medical emergencies until professional help arrives.
  
• Conduct inspections of employee bags as needed to prevent theft or unauthorized items from being brought into the establishment.
  
• Ensure that inspections are performed respectfully and in accordance with company policy.
  
• Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts in an incident report log.
  
• Communicate effectively with management regarding any security concerns or recommendations for improvements.
  
• Maintain a friendly demeanor while interacting with guests; provide assistance when needed.
  
• Serve as a visible presence to enhance guest comfort and safety.
  
• Assist in investigations related to incidents occurring on the premises.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in security management preferred.
  
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is advantageous.
  
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations effectively.
  
• Must be physically fit; ability to stand for long periods and respond quickly when necessary.
