Job Summary

You will manage visitor registration, monitor logistics movements, conduct security patrols, maintain incident logs, and collaborate with outsourced teams to uphold safety and security standards at warehouse facilities.

Responsibilities

• Register visitors, contractors, and deliveries by verifying identities, taking photo records, issuing access passes, and managing pass returns to control site access
• Record prime mover and container movements entering and exiting the facility to ensure logistics security compliance
• Conduct routine physical patrols across warehouse facilities, amenities, and perimeter compounds to deter unauthorized access and identify safety hazards
• Maintain accurate digital and manual occurrence logs and respond promptly to facility alarms, emergencies, or building maintenance irregularities
• Collaborate effectively with outsourced security personnel and cleaning teams to maintain high standards of site order and security conduct

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid PLRD Security Officer License
• Complete mandatory WSQ Security modules

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate basic computer and tablet literacy to operate the Visitor Management System
• Exhibit strong integrity, punctuality, and vigilance in daily duties
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and visitors
• Possess prior experience working in industrial buildings, logistics warehouses, or commercial facilities
