Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular security patrols of guest, public, back-of-house, parking, and perimeter areas.
  • Monitor access control for guests, employees, contractors, suppliers, and visitors.
  • Maintain a visible, professional, and service-oriented security presence.
  • Follow all security policies, SOPs, emergency procedures, and company standards.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, incidents, disturbances, and security concerns.
  • Report suspicious activity, theft, damage, safety hazards, or unauthorized access to the Security Supervisor.
  • Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports as required.
  • Assist with investigations, evacuations, emergency procedures, and drills.
  • Monitor CCTV, alarms, access control, and other security systems as assigned.
  • Report any security equipment issues to the Security Supervisor.
  • Cooperate with management, other departments, and emergency authorities when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding guests, VIPs, employees, and company operations.
  • Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and communication at all times.
  • Perform additional security duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of security experience, preferably in hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality.
  • Fluent Greek and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies.
  • Knowledge of basic security, emergency response, and health & safety procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of CCTV, alarm, and access control systems.
  • Professional appearance, integrity, discretion, and reliability.
  • Flexible to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
