Responsibilities
- Conduct regular security patrols of guest, public, back-of-house, parking, and perimeter areas.
- Monitor access control for guests, employees, contractors, suppliers, and visitors.
- Maintain a visible, professional, and service-oriented security presence.
- Follow all security policies, SOPs, emergency procedures, and company standards.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, incidents, disturbances, and security concerns.
- Report suspicious activity, theft, damage, safety hazards, or unauthorized access to the Security Supervisor.
- Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports as required.
- Assist with investigations, evacuations, emergency procedures, and drills.
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, access control, and other security systems as assigned.
- Report any security equipment issues to the Security Supervisor.
- Cooperate with management, other departments, and emergency authorities when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding guests, VIPs, employees, and company operations.
- Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and communication at all times.
- Perform additional security duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of security experience, preferably in hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality.
- Fluent Greek and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies.
- Knowledge of basic security, emergency response, and health & safety procedures.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, alarm, and access control systems.
- Professional appearance, integrity, discretion, and reliability.
- Flexible to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
