About Us
Security Alliance is an international security company providing guard services, risk assessments and security planning for commercial and private clients. Our team in Suriname protects people, property and operations for clients across the country.
The Role
We are hiring full-time Security Guards in Paramaribo. You will:
- Monitor the premises, patrol assigned areas and, control access to facilities
- Check identification and watch for and report suspicious activity
- Respond to alarms and incidents and give clear instructions during emergencies
- Deal with clients, visitors and employees in a professional, courteous way
- Write accurate incident and activity reports
- Follow company policies, local regulations and site procedures
Shifts vary and include nights, weekends and holidays.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in security, law enforcement, military or a related field is an advantage but not a requirement. We welcome applications from motivated candidates with or without previous work experience.
- Good judgment, attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures
- Clear communication and the ability to calm tense situations
- Able to stand and walk for long periods and respond quickly in emergencies
- Primary school or equivalent
- Clean background
