General Objective.

The Security Manager is tasked with training, mentoring, monitoring, and directing all Security activity within the Casino. Enforces the prevention of minors access to gaming, theft, collusion, cheating, disorderly conduct, AML, ATF, and violations of any Internal Controls, Laws and Regulations governing Casinos in the Dominican Republic.

Key Responsibilities.

• Must possess thorough knowledge of all Internal Controls, all Laws and Regulations governing Casinos in the Dominican Republic with emphasis on Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Funding, Underage Gaming, Responsible Gaming and Know Your Customer.
• Must possess extensive knowledge of all protocols and exits during any emergency and prove ability to deescalate potential or actual disruptions to the operation or harm to others.
• Must possess knowledge of all correct protocols and procedures for transportation or movements involving cash and cash equivalents, keys, slot machines, table games, chips, dice, cards, and other assets requiring strict controls. Must be able to train, mentor and direct Security Team Members.
• Must possess extensive knowledge of all physical presence and verification processes required to protect assets in Finance, Gaming and Marketing.
• Must be able to read and fully understand Surveillance, Compliance, Analyst and Financial reports including but not limited to: Audit, Internal Control Violations, Surveillance
• Creates reports, and disseminates critical information to senior Casino and Moon Palace leadership including any activity involving perceived, suspected or actual threats to the human and physical assets of the operation.

Requirements.

• Relocation to the Dominican Republic is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Security, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree completed
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Specific Knowledge: Superior knowledge of all aspects of Security functions, with proven ability to lead and train others. Must possess a thorough knowledge of all Internal Controls, AML, ATF, KYC, Underage and Responsible Gaming. Must possess first aid certification or equivalent.
