We are in constant transformation and looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and flexible Security Master Data Analyst to join our Security Master Data & Business Support team in Lisbon.


What does the Operations area do?

It provides service excellence in operations focusing on client needs. We do this by ensuring best practices of execution on services related to Funds, Cash/Securities Management and Settlements, Payments, Reconciliation, and Control of Credit Operational Business, as well as Account Maintenance documentation.


What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Create, maintain, and manage the lifecycle of financial instruments within internal systems (TDS/T24), including updates, blocking, and unblocking activities.
  • Ensure the accurate setup and maintenance of securities master data.
  • Monitor and validate daily pricing for securities and commodities.
  • Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies and data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of internal policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Participate in department projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver high-quality operational support while maintaining strong attention to detail and compliance standards.


What are we looking for?

  • Availability to work night shift (2pm – 11pm) and/or rotative schedule;
  • Fluent in English;
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills;
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation;
  • Ability to work in a group and prioritize your own tasks (independently);
  • Strong client-focused mindset;
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) is a plus.
