Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees within the State of Illinois by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel, adhering strictly to the Private Detective, Private Security, and Private Alarm Act.

• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property and monitoring surveillance equipment.
• Control access by directing visitors and issuing passes.
• Complete reports by accurately recording observations, incidents, and surveillance activities.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policy.
• Respond immediately and appropriately to alarms and calls for assistance.
