Security Officer
Summary
The Security Officer is responsible for safeguarding the premises through patrols, CCTV monitoring, and access control. The role requires performing 12-hour rotating shifts and managing emergency response procedures.
Responsibilities:
- To perform 12hrs shift duties
- To perform safe entry for staffs, workers, visitors and contractors
- To safe guard the premises through surveillance and patrols
- Identify and report unusual or suspicious movements in occurrence
- Perform access control duties at the check-point
- To monitor CCTV surveillance when required
- Be familiar with the fire emergency plan.Take necessary action whenever the fire alarm is activated.
- Conduct investigations on incidents involving disturbance, accidents, losses, thefts, etc.
Requirements:
- ‘N’ Level or ‘O’ Level
- Valid PLRD license
- At least 1 year working experience
- Analytical, tactful and independent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
