Security Officer

Summary

The Security Officer is responsible for safeguarding the premises through patrols, CCTV monitoring, and access control. The role requires performing 12-hour rotating shifts and managing emergency response procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • To perform 12hrs shift duties
  • To perform safe entry for staffs, workers, visitors and contractors
  • To safe guard the premises through surveillance and patrols
  • Identify and report unusual or suspicious movements in occurrence
  • Perform access control duties at the check-point
  • To monitor CCTV surveillance when required
  • Be familiar with the fire emergency plan.Take necessary action whenever the fire alarm is activated.
  • Conduct investigations on incidents involving disturbance, accidents, losses, thefts, etc.

Requirements:

  • ‘N’ Level or ‘O’ Level
  • Valid PLRD license
  • At least 1 year working experience
  • Analytical, tactful and independent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
