- Conducts him or herself in accordance with all Florida Gaming Control Commission standards and The Big Easy Casino policies and procedures.
- Patrols gaming areas and grounds to establish security presence and reports all unusual situations and suspicious persons.
- Completes required checklists and inspection of assets in facility.
- Provides customer service to ensure positive guest experiences.
- Stands post to ensure alertness in the casino.
- All other duties assigned.
