Security Officer

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, colleagues, and hotel property

  
  

• Monitoring hotel premises and access points to prevent and respond to security risks

  
  

• Assisting guests and colleagues with security-related concerns in a professional and friendly manner

  
  

• Responding promptly to emergencies, incidents, and unusual activities

  
  

• Reporting and documenting any security incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities

  
  

• Conducting regular security patrols and ensuring compliance with hotel security procedures

  
  

• Safeguarding lost and found items and ensuring they are handled according to hotel procedures

  
  

What we need from you

• A strong sense of responsibility and awareness of safety and security

  
  

• Good observation skills and the ability to identify and respond to potential security risks

  
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues

  
  

• A flexible attitude toward shifts – you may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays

  
  

• Good literacy skills, including reading, writing, and basic reporting
