Summary
Unarmed flex security guard in Tempe, AZ providing 40 hrs/week of flexible coverage across all shifts (weekends, overnights, swing) at construction and other client sites. Duties include foot/vehicle patrols, deterring illegal activity, logging, and writing incident reports.
Shift Availability: Flex Security Officer (All Shifts)
*** Please Note - As an applicant for this position, you need the following:
Ability to work any shift on any day
Ability to work weekends/holidays
Ability to provide coverage for scheduled vacation time
Ability to provide coverage to a variety of sites
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Security experience

What You'll Do:
- Conduct mobile patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle
- Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
- Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals
- Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
- Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities
What You Need:
- Current Security License
- Clean driving record and Driver's License
- Attention to detail and superior integrity
- Effective communication skills
- Passion for creating a safe environment
- Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience
