Security Officer (Part-Time)

Part-time security role ensuring safety and monitoring facilities in a senior care setting, with occasional maintenance tasks.
Pay: $18.50–$22.50/hour

Schedule Requirements: Every other weekend is required, and candidates must be available for five days of paid training!
1st shift- 7AM-3:30PM
2nd shift- 3PM-11:30PM
3rd shift- 11PM- 7:30AM
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff
- Conduct scheduled indoor and outdoor security rounds
- Respond to fire alarms and emergency calls
- Monitor employee and contractor presence
- Perform light maintenance tasks as needed
- Maintain security equipment and supplies
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- A valid driver’s license is required, and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of security experience is required
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and work well under pressure
Employment is also contingent upon successfully completing a background screening, drug screening, TB blood test, and physical exam.
