Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the Fire Command Centre (FCC) to ensure timely response to emergencies
  • Operate and maintain the Vehicle Management System to track and control hotel vehicles
  • Conduct regular patrols and escort duties to maintain safety and security within hotel premises
  • Prepare detailed incident reports and manage follow-up actions to resolve security issues
  • Respond promptly to fire alarms, hotel safe box incidents, door security concerns, and lost and found cases

Required competencies and certifications

  • Hold a valid Private Licensed Security Agency (PLRD) license
  • Possess First Aid certification
  • Ability to work shifts and weekends as required
  • Relevant experience in hotel security operations
