Summary
Physical security officer at Temple Health hospital working Sunday-Thursday shifts: greets and monitors people entering/exiting, enforces visitation policies, and prevents or detects fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry to keep patients, staff, and visitors safe.
Responsible for the safety and security of the hospital's patients, employees and visitors. Prevents or detects and reports fire, theft, vandalism and/or illegal entry. Greets patients, visitors, and staff as they enter/exit the Hospital. Enforces hospital visitation policies as appropriate. Acts as a deterrent to those inappropriately attempting to enter hospital.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience
1 year experience in security/law enforcement/public safety Required
Licenses
Drivers License Required
Act 235 Lethal Weapons Train Preferred
