Shifts: ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE (Weekday, Weekends, Overnights)
Job Description:
We are hiring full-time Lead Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be available to work full-time, with the ability to meet the physical demands of foot patrols. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security services to our clients by carrying out site-specific policies, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures
- Respond to emergencies and assist as needed
- Monitor and report suspicious activities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises
- Ensure the safety of all personnel and visitors
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents and activities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a valid level II Texas security license
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have 2 years of security experience
