Titan Security is hiring Security Dispatchers, Gate officers, and Patrol Officers in the Dearborn, Michigan area.
Duties for Dispatchers may include:
- Monitor CCTV Camera System
- Dispatch Patrol Officers to Locations.
- Answer Regular phones and Emergency phones.
- Monitor Alarm Panels.
- Respond to Radio calls.
- Write reports.
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
Duties for Security Officers may include:
- Control access to the plant through gate operations, verifying credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Checking Vehicle Passes to make sure the vehicles are allowed on property.
- Checking Semi Trucks paperwork and directing them to the proper Gate.
- Understanding Marsec (Maritime Security) Procedures.
- Conduct Marsec Vehicle inspections.
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Previous experience in security is preferred
