Security Operations Center Lead - SOC Lead

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Operations.

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising a Security Operations Centre (SOC) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day SOC operations during assigned shifts.

• Supervise SOC Analysts and coordinate workload and escalations.

• Oversee security monitoring, alert analysis, and incident triage.

• Direct incident response coordination and operational handovers.

• Use AI-enabled security tools to improve threat detection and response.

Required Skills

• SIEM, SOAR, and EDR tools.

• Security alert analysis and incident response.

• SOC shift management, escalation handling, and team supervision.

• AI-enabled security operations tools.

Education & Certifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity.

• GCIH, Microsoft SC-200, or equivalent certification required.
