Security Operations Coordinator

This is not a technical security role. The Coordinator provides operational support to the security department - coordinating internal processes, managing documentation, organising communication between teams, and ensuring projects and deadlines stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar management, meeting coordination, and event planning;
• Drafting correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes;
• Research and preparation of analytical materials;
• Managing databases, shared drives, and CRM systems;
• Travel arrangements and logistics;
• Project and staff coordination; support across ongoing tasks and initiatives.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a Coordinator, Operations Manager, or in a similar role;
• English B2+ - written and spoken;
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Self-driven with strong prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment;
• Comfortable holding teams accountable to deadlines and deliverables;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness.
