About the Role
In this position, you will take charge of our cybersecurity operations, ensuring our defenses remain robust and adaptive. You will lead the Security Command Center, enhance detection methods, and drive platform improvements to boost resilience company-wide. Collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams, you will identify risks and implement strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the Security Command Center, overseeing threat monitoring and incident response. - Refine detection strategies and strengthen platform engineering efforts. - Conduct in-depth technical and architectural risk assessments; provide actionable security recommendations. - Serve as the go-to advisor for cybersecurity questions across all departments. - Review proposed IT changes from a security standpoint and uphold best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to fortify security infrastructure and processes. - Initiate and manage security assessments, then drive improvements based on findings. - Lead incident response efforts and proactively identify emerging threats. - Contribute to policy development and ensure alignment with industry frameworks. - Foster relationships with internal teams and external experts to stay ahead of security trends.
