RWC is a peaceful and supportive senior living community dedicated to providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our residents. We are currently seeking a reliable, observant, and courteous Security Patrol Officer to join our team and help ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, staff, and property.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol the community grounds, buildings, and parking areas regularly
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
- Assist residents and visitors as needed with directions or concerns
- Collaborate with emergency services when required
- Conduct safety checks and report hazards or maintenance issues
- Assist Front Desk personnel
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent observation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Calm under pressure and quick decision-maker
- Professional, respectful, and empathetic—especially when interacting with seniors
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
