Security Penetration Testing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end security penetration testing engagements.
- Develop and execute security testing strategies, plans, and schedules.
- Coordinate application, network, API, cloud, and infrastructure penetration testing.
- Review vulnerability assessment reports and ensure timely remediation.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to mitigate identified risks.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare security testing reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Manage testing vendors and oversee quality assurance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in security testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in security testing, penetration testing, or cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of:Web, Mobile, API, Network, and Infrastructure Penetration TestingVulnerability Assessment and ManagementOWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25, MITRE ATT&CKSecure SDLC and DevSecOpsSecurity testing tools such as Burp Suite, Nessus, Nmap, Metasploit, Kali Linux, Fortify, Checkmarx, or Veracode
- Experience managing security testing teams and external vendors.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Mandatory Certifications
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager (CTAL-TM)
- ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst (CTAL-TA)
- ISTQB Foundation Level (CTFL) / ISTQB-BCS Certified Foundation Level
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
