Security Program Manager

• Manage end-to-end program lifecycles by designing comprehensive program plans, providing operational support via tools and processes, and measuring outcomes across Security.
• Partner with leadership and bridge cross-functional departments to translate strategic objectives into actionable scopes, timelines, and integrated initiatives that directly advance Security goals.
• Oversee project performance, manage risks, report on progress, and provide targeted administrative support to ensure high-priority initiatives succeed.
• Cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders by demonstrating executive presence, providing proactive support, and fostering a culture of collaboration and trust among team members.
• Develop, review, and present executive-level deliverables while continuously innovating and improving operational processes.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Required Credential(s): None Required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
