Security Project Manager – Oracle Fusion & Cyber Security

We are seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead and deliver complex security, identity, compliance, and application security initiatives across a diverse technology landscape. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion, particularly the HCM and Risk Management modules, and possess a solid foundation in Cyber Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and compliance programs.

This role requires an individual who can independently manage projects from initiation through implementation, collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment. In addition to supporting Oracle Fusion security initiatives, the resource will help manage security programs across approximately 40 enterprise applications spanning SaaS, on-premises, and legacy platforms.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic project leadership with hands-on operational support, including cross-training activities and ticket management.

Project Management

  • Lead security and compliance projects from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, track risks, and coordinate deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and design reviews.
  • Provide regular project status updates to leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Drive issue resolution and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Security & Access Management

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and implement secure access models.
  • Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, including role design, provisioning, access reviews, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) management.
  • Partner with security, audit, and compliance teams to identify and remediate access control risks.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of security controls across enterprise applications.

Oracle Fusion Security

  • Support security administration and governance activities across Oracle Fusion.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to design and maintain security roles, data security policies, and access models.
  • Provide expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM security architecture and access controls.
  • Support Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) initiatives, including access monitoring and controls compliance.
  • Leverage OTBI reporting to support security analysis, compliance monitoring, and audit activities.

Cyber Security Program Support

  • Participate in cyber security initiatives across a portfolio of approximately 40 business-critical applications.
  • Conduct risk assessments and support remediation of identified security vulnerabilities and control gaps.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to strengthen security posture.
  • Support security governance activities for cloud, SaaS, on-premises, and legacy applications.

Operational Support

  • Serve as a cross-trained resource capable of supporting security and access management operational activities.
  • Assist with ticket triage, investigation, and resolution as required.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience delivering security, ERP, or IAM-related projects.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Security.
  • Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
  • Strong understanding of Oracle role-based security concepts, access provisioning, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  • Experience developing and analyzing OTBI reports.
  • Strong cybersecurity knowledge, including:
    • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    • Access Governance
    • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
    • Security Controls and Risk Management
    • Security Compliance and Audit Readiness
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise compliance programs, including:
    • SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley)
    • NI 52-109 / Canadian Internal Control requirements
    • IT General Controls (ITGC)
  • Experience supporting audit activities and remediation programs.
  • Experience working within large, global organizations.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and ticket management processes.
  • Relevant certifications such as:
    • PMP
    • CISSP
    • CISM
    • CRISC
    • Oracle Fusion Security Certifications.
