1. Area Surveillance and Patrolling
Conduct routine patrols throughout the workplace (both indoor and outdoor) according to the designated schedule to preempt potential security threats.
Monitor electronic security systems, including CCTV cameras, fire alarms, and automated gates (if applicable).
Ensure all doors, gates, and windows are securely locked after operational hours.
2. Access Control and Inspection
Perform screening, body checking, or vehicle inspections for employees, visitors, and vendors entering or leaving the company premises.
Direct visitors to sign the logbook and issue visitor badges accordingly.
Manage vehicle traffic in the parking lot and ensure all vehicles are parked neatly and safely.
3. Enforcement of Discipline, Biosecurity, and OHS Procedures
Ensure everyone on the company premises complies with regulations, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) rules, and specialized protocols (such as sanitation/biosecurity procedures in farm or factory environments).
Prevent unauthorized personnel from entering restricted areas.
4. Emergency Response and Reporting
Act as the first responder in handling emergency situations, such as fires, criminal acts (theft/trespassing), workplace accidents, or natural disasters.
Administer first aid or promptly coordinate with relevant external authorities (Fire Department, Local Police, Hospital) during emergencies.
Maintain daily logs in the Security Shift Logbook and prepare written Incident Reports for the Shift Leader (Danru) or Chief Security in the event of specific incidents.
