Description
- Ensures the security and safety of the guests, team members, cash and physical assets of the Agua Caliente Casino.
- Monitors performance of subordinates, ensuring adherence to Casino policies and Procedures.
- Prepares the schedules of the Security Officers.
- Assists in developing and implementing policies and procedures for the Security Department.
- Ensures the integrity of gambling, banking, count-room and cash handling Procedures.
- Maintains and controls access to restricted Casino areas.
- Ensures the safety of guests and team members during Casino operations.
- Maintains Security Department First Aid supplies.
- Maintains all required Security Department Logs.
- Logs, stores, and completes reports for all Lost and Found Property.
- Fosters and maintains positive player/house relations.
- Will perform the duties and functions of a Security Officer when assigned or required.
- Directly supervises subordinate supervisors and employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
