SECURITY SPECIALIST

The primary purpose of this position is to protect organization from espionage, terrorism, threats of unauthorized disclosure, compromise of information, material considered vital to command mission interests, national defense, national security and serve as a security specialist, providing limited information, personnel, industrial program support for the installation.

DUTY 1: Assists in the implementation and administration of the information security program for the organization. DUTY 2: Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of contractor(s) security programs. DUTY 3: Implements and administers the personnel security program for the organization. DUTY 4: Assists security managers in implementing security education programs.
