SECURITY SPECIALIST

You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the Naval Supply Systems Command - NAVSUP ofNAVSUP FLC SIG GF, SIGONELLA SICILY, ITALY.

You will be responsible for developing security instructions/trainings for programs involving safeguarding personnel, property, assets, and material from theft, loss, misuse, fraud, disclosure, espionage and sabotage.

You will provide physical security oversight and annual statement of reasonable assurance for the Manager's Internal Control Evaluation/Inspector General's program.

You will coordinate and conduct the annual Physical Security Survey on all normally inhabited buildings.

You will ensure all applicable vulnerabilities identified through the vulnerability assessment are entered in the Core Vulnerability Assessment Management Program or Mission Assurance Risk Management System.

You will ensure members who travel Outside the Continental United States locations receive appropriate clearances per the Foreign Clearance Guide and Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance Systems.

You will serve as the command Antiterrorism Officer.

You will act as a Contracting Officer Representative or Technical Point of Contact under a government contract for Electronic Security System maintenance contracts that protect critical regional assets.

You will conduct site visits to ensure contract compliance and coordinates with the vendor to schedule monthly maintenance visits.
