Security Specialist - Offensive Security| Thane

Red Team Specialist executes complex adversary simulation engagements across network, hybrid cloud, web, and mobile environments.

Managerial Responsibilities:

1. Conduct red team operations with full attack lifecycle coverage (initial access to persistence).
2. Manage command-and-control infrastructures (Cobalt Strike, Empire, etc.).
3. Lead engagement scoping, threat emulation planning and simulation setup.
4. Perform advanced lateral movement, evasion, and privilege escalation techniques.
5. Use Cymulate or other BAS tools for continuous offensive testing and control validation.
6. Develop scripts, payloads, or automation for red team use.
7. Prepare and review deliverables before submission.

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Maintain vendor inventory, engagements including onboarding, off-boarding, payments, agreements etc.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for vendors of the ISMD team.
3. Track vendor performance metrics ensuring compliance with SLAs.
4. Create and manage annual budget for the division and oversee the consumption.

Graduate/ Post graduate (Engineering/Science/Commerce)
