Security Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct SAST (Static Application Security Testing) analysis on software applications to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
• Collaborate with development teams to remediate identified issues and implement secure coding practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports detailing findings, recommendations, and mitigation strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and methodologies related to application security testing.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in IT services & consulting with a focus on application security testing.
• Strong understanding of OWASP guidelines and best practices for secure coding standards.
• Proficiency in Burp Suite or similar web application scanning tools.
• Experience working with bug tracking systems such as JIRA or similar.
