Duties and responsibilities related to the Security Supervisor role
Oversee day-to-day security operations, including access control, patrols, and emergency response procedures.
Provide leadership and guidance to the security team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify security vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as front desk, housekeeping, and facilities, to address security-related issues.
About you
Previous experience in hotel security role and possession of a SIA licence is essential. You will have strong leadership and communication skills.
