About the Role
Merit Abode is seeking a Security Supervisor to enhance and maintain effective physical security across the estate, supervising security personnel and coordinating deployment and coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain effective physical security across the estate
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel; ensure proper deployment and coverage
- Identify security risks and recommend measures to prevent theft, trespassing, vandalism, and incidents
- Assist the CSO in implementing security procedures and overseeing operations
- Work with management to prioritise security needs per available resources
- Liaise with police, local security agencies, and other relevant authorities
- Monitor access points, conduct regular patrols, and ensure access control
- Maintain records of security incidents and submit timely reports
- Perform other security-related duties as assigned
