Security Supervisor

Job Description • Ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees, and resort assets • Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises via CCTV systems • Control and verify access for staff, guests, and contractors across all resort areas • Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and emergencies • Document all security activities, incidents, and reports accurately • Coordinate with other departments to support safe and seamless resort operations • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, emergency protocols, and company standards • Assist with crowd control, VIP movements, and special events as needed • Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and maintaining luxury service standards • Promote the company's wellness and sustainability culture by leading by example

Job Requirements • Security certification preferred • Proven experience in a similar security role, preferably in a luxury or resort environment • Experience working with multicultural teams and in pre-opening settings • CPR and First Aid certified • Knowledge of crisis management, security procedures, and CCTV systems • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with keen attention to detail • Proficient in hotel information systems • Culturally aware with strong interpersonal and communication skills • Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability • Positive, approachable, empathetic, reliable, and adaptable • Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to guest service excellence
