Primary Location: Arkansas City, KS
Wage: $22.00/HR
The Security Supervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:
- Supervise and support security officers on assigned shifts.
- Ensure compliance with client and company policies.
- Conduct patrols and monitor security operations.
- Prepare reports and document incidents accurately.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Respond to emergencies and resolve issues professionally.
Basic Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Above average computer / technology skills needed.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
- Must have a professional demeanor.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- Driver Certification.
- Previous supervision experience is required.
- Security experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills needed.
- Reliable transportation needed.
- Must be dependable.
