- Responsible for overseeing daily security operations
- Ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel assets
- Maintain high standards of safety, service, and operational control
Key Responsibilities
- Manage access control points and authorise entries per SOP
- Monitor CCTV systems and escalate anomalies promptly
- Oversee Visitor Management and Casual Labour systems

Conduct patrols across:
- Lobby
- Convention centre
- Guest floors
- Back-of-house areas

Train, guide, and supervise security officers on:
- SOPs
- Equipment usage
- Hotel policies

Respond to emergency systems:
- FPLS
- Duress alarms
- Other incident alerts
- Ensure proper documentation and handling of security records
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level

At least 4 years of supervisory experience in:
- Hotel security OR
- Private security / law enforcement

Certifications required:
- CPR / AED
- Basic Fire-Fighting
- First Aid

Must hold:
- Valid PLRD Licence
- CERT Certificate
- Security Supervisor certification (as per local authorities)
- Fluent in English (second language is a plus)
