Security Supervisors
Responsibilities
The duties will consist of but are not limited to:
- Securing premises and personnel by patrolling properties. Vigilant of surroundings. Permitting entry
- Inspecting buildings and access points
- Prevents losses by proper training on reporting activities. Informing violators of policies and procedures
- Restraining trespassers if needed
- Maintains the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
- Supervising and Training new and current officers. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications
- Valid class "D" and"G" licenses issued by the State of Florida
- Must have a valid Florida Drivers License
- Minimum 2 years of Security experience
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required
- Must have a SmartPhone
- Able to pass a background check with no felony conviction
- Motivated and Leads by example.
- Computer knowledge skills
