Security System Support Technician (Remote)
Salary: ₱65,000 – ₱80,000 per month

This role will be a key member of the team and participate in all activities supporting the customer from purchase and onboarding to maintenance and technical support. The most important qualification for this role is a strong desire to learn, contribute, and keep customers happy.

What you'll do
Typical activities for this role include:
Make recommendations and create documentation
Handle online customer service requests and provide technical support
Manage security alarm monitoring accounts
Work Setup and Schedule
Remote, Philippines-based candidates only
Stable internet connection and quiet home workspace
Flexible schedule with partial US business-hours overlap
Willing to work weekends when needed
Qualifications
Experience as a security system technician required.
Technical competence: you understand security, camera, and home automation systems well enough to explain them clearly and accurately
Excellent English communication
Genuine interest in and drive to help accelerate a growing security business
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Willing to learn and undergo training; resourceful and proactive
Strong desire to learn, contribute, and keep customers happy.
Must be comfortable and effective using internet tools to communicate with co-workers and customers. Customer support is provided online-only, not by phone.
