Security Systems Engineer – Northamptonshire- £42,000- £46,000 Per Annum
- £42,000–£46,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
- Full-time, permanent position.
- 40-hour working week.
- Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm.
- Optional weekend overtime available.
- On-call paid door-to-door if called out.
- Company van and fuel card provided.
- Mobile phone and uniform supplied.

Security Systems Engineer Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Security Systems Engineer to join a well established company based in Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable business covering mainly commercial installations across Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, and Bedfordshire.
Security Systems Engineer Role & Responsibilities:
As a Security Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- Installation, servicing, fault-finding, and commissioning of electronic security systems.
- Reactive maintenance and repairs on customer sites.
- Working with Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
- Covering mainly Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, and Bedfordshire, with occasional travel further afield when required.
- Participating in a rotational on-call schedule, with minimal call outs (most issues are resolved remotely).
- Approximately 80% of your work will be commercial, with the remaining 20% in domestic/residential properties.
Security Systems Engineer Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience installing and servicing Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
- Strong fault-finding and commissioning skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A reliable, customer-focused engineer who enjoys working independently.
