Adecco is currently looking for an experienced **Security Systems Field Engineer (m/f/d)** for an international technology and manufacturing client in the Berlin-Brandenburg area.
This is a hands-on technical position focused on the installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of **physical security systems** in a complex, fast-paced industrial environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair **access control systems, CCTV/video surveillance systems, intrusion detection systems** and other low-voltage security equipment
- Test, configure, program and commission new security devices and systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high operational availability of security infrastructure
- Conduct site surveys for new installations and support the development of system designs and installation plans
- Prepare material lists and coordinate the technical requirements for installations
- Collaborate with Security, IT, Operations, Production, Real Estate and other internal teams
- Maintain technical documentation and system architecture records
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability and cost efficiency
- Support and conduct **Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM)** surveys and inspections
Your Profile
✔ Several years of hands-on experience with **technical / physical security systems**
✔ Strong experience with **CCTV / video surveillance and access control systems**
✔ Experience with **intrusion detection systems** and other security devices
✔ Very good understanding of **low-voltage electrical systems**
✔ Experience with installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks in a fast-paced environment
✔ **Business-fluent English is mandatory**
✔ **German language skills are NOT required**
Nice to Have
- Experience or certifications with **Gallagher, Genetec or Commend**
- Networking knowledge and/or **CCNA certification**
- Experience in manufacturing, corporate or large-scale industrial environments
- Previous experience with TSCM
