1. Conduct segment-level analysis across products, markets, and regions to identify trends, opportunities, and risk
2. Drive segmentation strategy, including TAM/SAM/SOM modeling, competitive benchmarking, and customer profiling
3. Translate data into actionable insights to support product strategy, planning, and go-to-market initiatives
4. Manage research partnerships and analysts sharing to ensure alignment across teams
5. Deliver customized insights to support executive and business units decision-making
6. Operate and enhance analysis platforms, maintaining updated industry intelligence
7. Coordinate and support Generative AI (GAI) projects related to market and segment insights
8. Guide and mentor members, building a high-performing team and fostering thought leadership

需求條件

1. Over 15 years of experience in the high-tech industry, covering PC (notebook & desktop), smartphone, server, display (TV & monitor), IoT, healthcare, and more.
2. Well-rounded background combining R&D, product marketing, and market analysis & forecasting.
3. Experience producing analyst reports, managing research relationships, and driving segment strategy.
4. Familiar with operating within multinational organizations and cross-functional settings.
5. Ideally, the candidate should have experience as an analyst at a well-known international brokerage, or have led BI data integration and analysis within a company.
6. Skilled in transforming data into actionable insights that inform company strategy.
7. Proficient in segment analysis, TAM/SAM/SOM modeling, and custom insight generation for various business units.
8. Experience with industry research tools, platforms, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Excel, internal data tools).
9. Capable of running analysis platforms and maintaining updated industry intelligence.
10. Understanding of Generative AI applications in data analysis and strategic coordination.
11. Proven ability to coordinate across teams and manage external partners (e.g., research houses, analysts).
12. Capable of leading and mentoring high-performing analyst teams.
