Responsibilities:
Front Office Stream Leadership
Lead the Front Office workstream for SEIBI Markets transformation initiatives and Murex programs.
Own Front Office requirements, solution design reviews, stakeholder alignment, and delivery governance.
Manage end-to-end implementation activities from business requirements through production deployment.
Drive business and technology coordination across multiple regions and markets.
Murex BAU Support &Production Stability
Lead Murex BAU support activities and ensure platform stability across global trading desks.
Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with support, infrastructure, and development teams to address critical production issues.
Establish controls and monitoring processes to improve operational resilience.
Capital Markets Functional Expertise
Support Front Office business users across:
Fixed Income
Foreign Exchange (FX)
Commodities
Equities
Provide expertise on trade lifecycle management, pricing models, valuations, and risk analytics.
Support trade booking, simulation, and workflow enhancements.
Investigate and resolve pricing, market data, and valuation discrepancies.
Pricing, Risk & P&L Analysis
Analyze and troubleshoot trade pricing and valuation issues.
Support curve construction, market data configurations, and simulation environments.
Work closely with quantitative teams to validate pricing methodology and risk calculations.
Investigate and resolve Front Office P&L and trade reconciliation issues.
Program Delivery & Global Rollouts
Lead Front Office activities for platform implementation, migration, and global rollout programs.
Drive business readiness, testing coordination, and deployment planning.
Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, production cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
Track project risks, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as the primary liaison between Front Office business users and technology teams.
Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and steering committee discussions.
Engage traders, sales teams, quants, valuation teams, operations, risk management, and senior management stakeholders.
Provide status reporting and executive-level communication on project progress and operational health.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
8+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Treasury Systems, or Front Office Business Analysis.
Strong Murex implementation, support, and enhancement experience.
Extensive experience supporting Front Office users and trading platforms.
Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or global rollout initiatives.
Strong understanding of financial products, valuation methodologies, and risk management processes.
