We are seeking a Selections Designer with experience in residential remodeling. We need a team player who puts customer service first, works well with others, and respects the process we follow to get the job done. We appreciate flexibility, willingness to pitch in, and a good sense of humor. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.

This job involves assisting with a wide variety of residential remodeling projects using our Design/Build process. This includes: interpreting the design wishes of the client; handholding clients through the selections process: coordinating and scheduling selections meetings with client, and assisting client with product selections; product pricing; creating design boards; and assisting our design/production team to resolve product issues through the completion of the project.

Compensation is based on experience.

Minimum Requirements: A degree in Interior Design/Design; proficient in CADD; 20-20 a plus.

Preferred Requirements: We produce our jobs in Chief Architect Premier X9 and proficiency in this program is an advantage; superior design skills and the ability to deliver practical, cost effective solutions.
