The Leader We're Looking For
We want someone who knows concrete and knows how to lead people. The right person can look at the drawings, understand the scope, determine the manpower and resources needed, develop a plan, communicate it to the field, and then measure whether the work is performing as expected.
Just as importantly, this leader develops people. We want someone who sets clear expectations, gives constructive feedback, holds people accountable, and helps Foremen and field employees continue to grow.
