Semi-Conductor Technician
Summary
Performs semiconductor wafer and die testing, sorting, and cleanroom maintenance in a fabrication facility using standard office software.
Responsibilities:
• Perform wafer testing on the wafer platform as per the schedule.
• Conduct die testing on the die platform as per the schedule.
• Carry out die sorting on the sorting platform as per the schedule.
• Maintain and manage 6S standards within the Fab.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering
• Prior working experience within Fab environment preferred (6-inch/8-inch Fab).
• Able to read and write in English to understand equipment labels and common terms used in clean room.
• Proficient in using Windows operating system and Office software.
